Background

AgQuip – Australia’s largest and premier agricultural field days, engaged C7EVEN to coordinate media relations opportunities and to manage social media presence to help build upon the already strong profile of this national event as well as increase following and attendance.

Coordinated by Australian Community Media, the field days’ major partners include AgTrader, Clipex, Samsung, Volvo Penta and The Land.

The event celebrated a monumental 47 years in 2019 and attracted tens of thousands of visitors over the events three days, despite the current climate.

Having worked with the AgQuip team in 2018, C7EVEN developed a PR and social media plan for the 2019 event with a focus on media coverage, and social engagement.

Objectives

Get farmers and those with an interest in agriculture, to see AgQuip as the premier agricultural field day in Australia and attend the 2019 event.

Our approach

C7EVEN devised and delivered a detailed media relations and social media campaign for AgQuip 2019 that was built around two key phases short lead and on-the-ground during the field days.
