THE OPPORTUNITY

PR and Social media campaign to encourage attendance at AgQuip 2019.

Given the extreme drought faced by Australia the opportunity for C7EVEN was to develop a campaign that encouraged attendance at AgQuip 2019 regardless of intent to purchase.

The opportunity involved showcasing the range of drought support initiatives available to farmers alongside the sales opportunities for site holders.

OUR SOLUTION

To maintain AgQuip’s already strong profile as Australia’s largest and premier agricultural field day, and to encourage attendance regardless of purchase intent, C7EVEN developed a two-phase PR and Social Media strategy.

The strategy focussed on:

SHORT LEAD / SOCIAL MEDIA

• This phase consisted of short lead media opportunities and social media promotions.
• Managing media on the ground and conducting exhibitor and organiser interviews for social media video content.

POST EVENT WRAP UP

• This phase consisted of media follow ups and reporting of the event results.

C7EVEN generated national media opportunities and coverage while also managing local media on the ground.
