TESTIMONIAL

Tilt Renewables contracted C7EVEN to deliver face-to-face consultation on the Liverpool Range Wind Farm project, proposed modifications to the approved project. C7EVEN were able to take information on a complex project and feel comfortable having discussions with communities to ensure their feedback and concerns were heard and responded to. We developed a solid working relationship with the team and felt comfortable that despite the limitations on travel during COVID-19, they could represent our business on a SSD priority project.

OUR SOLUTION

C7EVEN facilitated the consultation sessions, which were delivered through a combination of channels including face-to-face information drop-in hubs, virtual one-to-one’s, webinars, street canvassing and leave-behind materials.

C7EVEN coordinated individual videoconferences on-site with the Melbourne-based Tilt Renewables project team, for consultation session attendees who had specific questions that required more in-depth technical discussion and engagement.

The importance of being able to conduct these consultations in a face-to-face environment was essential, to allow community and business to maximise their engagement and understand the proposed modifications to the Project.

Extensive reporting was conducted post-event to compile the information, feedback and data collected at the sessions, which shaped the recommendations for the proposed modifications application for the project.

Positive sentiment generated through face to-face consultation – an important factor in engaging with the local community and updating them on the proposed project modifications provided detailed consultation report to support Project Modification Pre-Lodgement.

C7EVEN also facilitated additional media exposure of the event leveraging our network of regional media contacts.
