With a growing team and busy schedules, retaining a great company culture can become tricky. Which makes us even more grateful that all our team members prioritise connection, respect for each other and communication with radical candor. We like to get amazing things done, while having fun along the way!

Each quarter we come together for our quarterly workshops and like to engage in team bonding activities (on and offline).

Awards and Recognitions

At C7EVEN we love to challenge the status quo, which is why we are very proud of our awards and recognitions. After having been named a finalist of the PRIA Golden Target Awards in 2019, we were lucky enough to bring home the Bronze Award in the category “Agency of the Year – Small/Boutique” in 2020. A special achievement because 2020 also marked our 5-year anniversary and an unexpectedly challenging year.

Another highlight was being awarded the PRIA Bronze Award for “Regional Communications Campaign of the Year” for the Multimin Performance Ready Challenge for Virbac Australia in 2021.

Some project highlights

With all the exciting projects we have been able to work on and create, it is impossible to pick favourites. But there are two we would like to highlight:

Virbac Australia Tridectin Product Launch

In September 2017 Virbac Australia launched Tridectin, a 3-way oral drench for sheep. C7EVEN was engaged to create an integrated marketing and communications campaign to drive awareness, drive sales, and educate sheep producers on the importance of a combination drench.

The campaign involved radio, print, online and social media advertising, logo and packaging design, in-store point of sale activation, sales materials, and public relations. One of our favourite aspects of this campaign must be the TV commercial we produced with Conti Bros and Fin Design.

It was unlike any other for this category and included Hollywood style special effects.

Tamworth Country Music Festival

It goes without saying that working on the largest festival in the southern hemisphere is something extraordinary. What makes this event even more special is that it is hosted in our head office location of Tamworth NSW in regional Australia.

We have worked with the TCMF team for six years now, and over that time, we have established some wonderful friendships with the country music industry, the artists, music and entertainment media and the fans. We love seeing all our friends converge in Tamworth each year, and we love showing off the incredible event to the country and the world through our PR campaigns and activations.
While there are so many great memories and achievements, some truly magic moments include watching John Williamson perform ‘True Blue’ to a packed crowd at the Opening Concert in 2017, launching the Festival Ambassador program with none other than Troy Cassar-Daley in 2016. Watching Tamworth local Aleyce Simmonds, win her first Golden Guitar Award for Female Artist of the Year in 2018, being invited to Keith Urban’s surprise performance in 2019, at the Tamworth Town, where the Festival began back in 1973.

And we cannot forget creating the commemorative 50c coin with the Royal Australian Mint and collectors stamp with Australia Post for TCMF’s50th Anniversary in 2022.

NUMBER SIX

Family and friends support network

All the above would not have been possible without the incredible family and friends support networks our founders and team members have. What do they say? It takes a village to build a successful agency? Or something along those lines – we are forever grateful for the support we receive from our loved ones to be able to do what we love.
