The Opportunity
Roberts + Morrow are a leading accounting and consulting firm with offices in Metro and Regional locations. With the growth of the business Roberts + Morrow are particularly proud of their workplace culture and the way in which their people are supported.
To attract new employees C7EVEN was engaged to work on a video series that highlights the unique proposition of working with Roberts + Morrow , the extensive growth opportunities, and the levels in which new staff can grow in their careers.
Creating a natural flowing video piece with many voices was a critical requirement of the production, covering multiple locations, different people, and different voices to communicate the value proposition of working at Roberts + Morrow .
As a non-profit organisation that serves as the peak body for a network of 15 Regional Arts Development Organisations (RADOs) in NSW, RANSW needed to provide strategic direction, marcomms support, professional development, and funding support through the Regional Arts Fund (RAF).
Our Solution
Produced over the course of two separate production schedules the video series were designed to feature multiple staff talking naturally about their personal experience as a staff member of Roberts + Morrow.
What they found to be unique to their ‘why’ for working with Roberts + Morrow. With varying levels of staff, we captured a variety of content and angles that bring the narrative of Roberts + Morrow to life.
We completed postproduction of the video with an organic pace to the final video series.
The organic nature connected multiple voices and staff in a single video cutting between different points of views and angles the narrative progresses through a journey that paints the picture of the Roberts + Morrow culture. Walking the viewer through the narrative in an easy to watch format.
Utilised as an introduction piece to the firm the video is now being used to support the growth ambitions of Roberts + Morrow.
